In 2021, Dr. G released her first major research project in book form, Black & Sexy: A Framework of Racialized Sexuality.
At present, she is passionate about completing more projects, and partnering with scholars across the academy to produce new, ground-breaking knowledge about sexuality and sexuality practitionership.
Dr. G is also available for service on Masters’ thesis and Doctoral dissertation committees; her research interests include but are not limited to the following: racialized sexuality, sexuality and faith, adolescent sexual development, Parent/Child sexual communication, sexuality entertainment-education, grounded theory, and decolonial sexual epistemologies & ontologies.
